All plans are individualized and created with your goals, training background, and your life outside of the sport in mind. Workouts are written in 1- to 2- week segments, and your long-term plan adapts and evolves based on how you are responding to the training*.

Summit Plan

Daily training assignments tailored to your goals, schedule, and current fitness level. We put all the pieces in place--running, cross training, recovery, strength & supplemental work--to create the most specific, individualized path to your goals. 


Best for: Athletes looking for structure and accountability. Athletes looking to maximize all aspects of their performance.

Base Camp Plan

Weekly guidance on key workouts, long runs, and total volume (mileage/minutes), as well as targets for implementing supplemental training. We give you the pieces, and you get to put them together as they fit best within all aspects of your life. 


Best for: Athletes looking to get the most out of their training with a plan that they can adjust based on their schedule.

Beyond the plan

We believe the little things make a big difference, especially done consistently over the long haul. There are a lot of things that don’t fit neatly into a running log that can shape the success of training and racing. Whichever training plan works best for you, we are here to share from our combined 150 years of running and 90 years of coaching experience.
